Southern and Wessex BCC’s area spans across the whole of Dorset and Hampshire and extends as far as parts of Wiltshire and East Sussex from Lyme Regis to Chichester and up to Bradford on Avon. This beautiful part of the country offers opportunities to explore award winning beaches, a number of National Trust estates and houses and the stunning New Forest. The S&W BCC books green camping, commercial and club sites to enable all members to enjoy and experience this area of natural beauty. From historic towns along the Jurassic Coast to adventures walking and cycling in the forest, there’s something for everyone.
Royal Victoria Country Park, a lovely setting which takes in Southampton and it's ports for the cruise ships, ferries to the Isle of Wight home to some of the Royal family and Cowes regatta week.
Portsmouth where you can visit The Mary Rose, Warrior and The Victory, Spinikker Tower far reaching view's.
Lymington in easy reach of Bucklers Hard, Montegue national museum, Salisbury The Cathedral, Stonehenge, visit the home of Ted Heath.
Christchurch, visit Highcleare Castle home of Mr Selfridge, Romsey Broadlands, Mottisfont, Peppa Pig World, Wareham Corfe Castle, Steam train to Swanage.
Poole, lovely sea shore Brownsea Island, home to the famous Sunnseeker yacht and of course Sandbanks.
