2019 BCC Annual General Meeting


The 2019 Annual General meeting of
the British Caravanners Club
will be held on Sunday 19th May 2019

At Driffield Showground
Kelleythorpe, Driffield,
East Riding of Yorkshire

The site will be open from
16th to 21st May 2019

The BCC Council
are hosting this years AGM meet.

 

 

 

The BCC AGM will take place at 10.30am Sunday morning 20th May

The BCC Council invite all units to join them at Driffield Showground.


Directions
From Beverley follow A164 north towards Driffield at roundabout on outskirts of Driffield turn left and the site is approximately 200 yards on right.

Driffield is a market town approximately 12 miles from Bridlington on the east coast. The old town was the external setting for Dads Army. Beverley Minster, one of the largest parish churches in the UK and larger than many Cathedrals, is only 12 miles away. About 24 miles away is the large stately home Castle Howard, the setting for the Brideshead revisited TV series and several other media projects.

important: ONLY current MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH CARAVANNERS ClUB ARE ALLOWED TO VOTE AT THE AGM. MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ENTRY TO THE MEETING.

The AGM will be held on Sunday morning at 10.30. There will be a meal on Saturday evening, (which must be booked on your arrival on site for which there will be a charge) followed by live entertainment. Catering will be available throughout the weekend.


Please ensure you are in the meeting and have taken your seat before 10:30 Thank you.

NOMINATIONS Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all nominations for Council must be lodged with the Section Secretary no later than 14 days prior to the AGM.

NOTICES OF MOTION Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all Notices of Motion must be sent in WRITING and lodged with the Section Secretary no later than 60 days prior to the AGM Individual Membership cards must be shown Please follow local and BCC signs when near to the site.

The site opens on Thursday 16th May and closes on Tuesday to 21st May 2019

The site opens at 12 noon, please do not arrive before this time.

PLEASE NOTE: all BCC meets are only open to
MEMBERS OF THE CAMPING AND CARAVANNING CLUB.

The following is a rough draft of what is planned for the weekend this could change in the course of time.

FRIDAY : Evening Get together in Hall

SATURDAY : Meal and Entertainment (Meal needs to be booked and paid for in advance)

SUNDAY MORNING : B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments. (Don't forget your membership Card)

SUNDAY EVENING : Social.

MONDAY : tbc

SAT PM. Full Council Meeting commences at 2pm.

SUN AM. B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments.
